Detect variant identity risk before a Shopify CSV import.
A deterministic Python preflight engine that compares a current Shopify-style product CSV with a planned import CSV and surfaces evidence-backed variant identity and recreation risks before import.
Asking price
Source-code acquisition. Serious counter-offers considered.
What transfers
Python source engine, CSV fixtures, deterministic SAFE and HIGH-RISK test cases, transfer verification script, documentation and SHA-256 manifest.
What the engine does
Current vs planned CSV
Compares current and planned Shopify-style CSV inputs using product handles and stable SKUs.
Same-SKU option changes
Flags option-value changes under the same handle and SKU that can create variant identity or recreation risk.
Additional risk checks
Detects missing option dependencies, option-name or position changes, duplicate SKUs, ambiguous option-set changes, and blank included option values.
Evidence-backed verdicts
Returns SAFE, REVIEW, or HIGH RISK with affected-row evidence instead of claiming what Shopify will do.
Reproducible inputs
Records SHA-256 hashes for both compared CSV inputs so a diligence run can be tied to exact files.
Reproducible transfer
A buyer can unpack the package and run the deterministic verification without Shopify credentials.
Live buyer verification
Runs the packaged transfer fixtures and integrity checks on the server. It does not expose source code, accept shell commands, access Shopify accounts, or write to a live store.
Ready — verification has not been run in this browser session.
Disclosed boundaries
CSV only. Maximum 50,000 data rows per input. No Shopify login, API credentials, live-store access, or write authority. The engine does not simulate Shopify and does not guarantee import success. No customers, revenue, Shopify partnership, hosting SLA, guaranteed future Shopify compatibility, or third-party data rights are claimed or included. Shopify behavior and CSV formats can change and should be revalidated before production use.
