Refund Policy

Our product provides a repair analysis and rewrite workspace based on public inputs submitted by the user. It does not sell approval, account recovery or platform decisions.

Refunds may be considered when

• Payment was taken but the paid report was not generated.
• A technical error made the paid report inaccessible.
• A duplicate accidental payment was made for the same scan.

Refunds are not provided for

• A platform rejecting the ad again after resubmission.
• Expectations of promised approval.
• Wrong, incomplete or inaccessible URLs submitted by the user.
• Unsupported or prohibited categories submitted after warnings.
• Using the report for bypass, cloaking or evasion attempts.

Before payment

Users should confirm that their offer is legal, supported, not prohibited, and that they understand there is no approval promise.
