Use this page to understand what ShadowOrders checks, how reports are delivered, and how to contact support.
What ShadowOrders checks
ShadowOrders checks public website and public-evidence signals before buyers, AI search, ad platforms, marketplaces or manual reviewers see weak trust signals.
No passwords, no private account access, no ad account access, no payment account access and no admin panel access are required.
What reports do not promise
Reports do not guarantee ranking, AI recommendation, platform approval, payment authorization, ad approval, revenue, sales, traffic, account recovery or final third-party decisions.
Support route
For payment, delivery, report access, technical issues or review questions, contact support with your order email, module name and order token if available.

FAQ
Do you need login access?
No. ShadowOrders uses public signals only unless a manual review explicitly asks you for public evidence links or text.
How are automated reports delivered?
Automated reports are generated after payment and submitted public input. If report generation needs review, the order page will show the current state instead of pretending delivery succeeded.
What if I chose the wrong report?
Contact support quickly with the order details. If the report has not been generated or delivered, we may redirect the order to a more suitable module where possible.
What if a report fails?
If report generation fails because of a technical issue on our side, we may rerun the report, repair the report, deliver it manually or refund the order.
Where are refunds, cancellations and complaints explained?
See the Refunds, Cancellations and Complaints page.
