Information we may process
Depending on the interaction, this may include business contact details, correspondence, quote and billing information, and files or sample data voluntarily supplied for scoping or an agreed job.
Why we process it
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess scope, prepare quotes, deliver an agreed service, provide support, protect the service, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
Files and samples
Use sanitised representative files for pre-sale review whenever possible. Do not send passwords, API keys, Shopify credentials, payment-card data or unrelated sensitive personal data.
Tracking
This sales surface intentionally contains no marketing analytics scripts, tracking pixels, advertising tags or browser fingerprinting code.
Service providers
Hosting, email, infrastructure and payment providers may process technical or transactional information needed to provide their services. Stripe handles payment information on Stripe-hosted payment surfaces.
Sharing
Prospect or customer information is not sold. Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably needed to operate the service or comply with applicable law.
