BOOKING GUARD · CALENDLY

Your Calendly can be configured correctly and still look unavailable to a customer.

Calendly has its own logged-in troubleshooting tools. Booking Guard solves a different problem: repeatedly checking the public customer-facing link from the outside and giving you one protected URL to publish.

Public booking page only. Do not paste passwords, private calendar URLs or customer data.

ShadowOrders product: Booking Guard. This page describes one specific use case; the technical boundary is the same as the underlying product.

THE PROBLEM

Internal availability and the public booking path are two different observations.

Buffers, connected calendars, limits and availability settings can legitimately remove times. A customer only sees the final public result. Booking Guard does not diagnose your private Calendly settings; it verifies the public path and protects the link you distribute.

THE SMALLEST USEFUL CHECK

Paste the same Calendly URL your customer receives

The free compatibility check reaches the public scheduling flow without a calendar password. Supported Calendly links receive provider-level availability checks; payment remains locked unless a supported check completes.

BOUNDARY

What this does not claim.

No Calendly login. No appointment creation. Booking Guard is an external public-path monitor, not a replacement for Calendly’s own availability troubleshooter.
