Clear scope
ShadowOrders reports review public evidence only. Reports do not promise ranking, approval, payment authorization, ad approval, Merchant approval, AI inclusion, traffic, leads or sales.
Before work starts
If a paid order has not been processed, delivered or manually accepted for review yet, contact support as soon as possible. Manual review cases may be screened before acceptance.
After work starts
Once automated processing, manual review or report preparation has started, refund eligibility depends on the case status, delivery status and whether the report was prepared according to the stated public-evidence scope.
